Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Massage in Boise
$80 / $12060 min / 90 min
This is where most of my clients start, and where many of them stay. I call it “classic” because it is what I do best: a custom blend of deep tissue and Swedish techniques tailored to what your body needs that day.
I do not follow a script. Before we start, I ask where you are feeling tight, sore, or stuck. Then I work through those areas with firm, deliberate pressure where you need it and lighter, flowing strokes where your body just needs to settle down. Most sessions hit both ends of that spectrum.
Deep tissue massage is my specialty. I use slow, focused pressure to get into the deeper muscle layers where chronic tension and adhesions live. This is what helps with those stubborn knots between your shoulder blades, tight hips from sitting all day, or lower back pain that never quite goes away.
If you are not sure whether to book 60 or 90 minutes: 60 is enough to focus on one or two problem areas. 90 gives me time to work through your whole body without rushing. If you are coming in for the first time, 90 minutes lets me get a full picture of what is going on. Book a deep tissue session online.
Hot Stone Massage in Boise
$100 / $14060 min / 90 min
Hot stone massage is one of the best options I offer for people who want deep therapeutic relief without heavy pressure. The heated basalt stones do a lot of the work: they warm the muscle tissue from the surface down, which means I can reach the deeper layers without pushing as hard.
I place stones along your spine, in your palms, and on other tension points while I use additional heated stones as tools to massage the tissue directly. The heat increases blood flow, loosens tight muscles faster than pressure alone, and calms the nervous system in a way that most people feel within the first few minutes.
This is a great choice if you deal with joint stiffness, poor circulation, or anxiety. It is also my go-to recommendation for clients who find traditional deep tissue massage too intense but still want real results. The heat lets me go deeper with less discomfort.
If you have ever had a hot stone massage at a chain spa and felt like the stones just sat there, this is different. I actively work with the stones. They are tools, not decorations. Book a hot stone session.
Cupping Therapy & Massage in Boise
$100 / $14060 min / 90 min
Cupping therapy is an ancient technique, but it works for a simple reason: it lifts the tissue instead of pressing it down. I use silicone cups to create gentle suction on the skin, which pulls blood and fluid into the area and separates the layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue wrapping your muscles) that get stuck together over time.
This is especially effective for clients with chronic tightness in the upper back, shoulders, and neck. Desk workers, climbers, and anyone who carries stress in their traps tends to respond well to cupping massage. The suction opens up lymphatic pathways and brings fresh blood flow to tissue that has been starved of it.
I combine cupping with hands-on massage in every session. The cups loosen the tissue first, then I work through it manually while it is still warm and pliable. The results are often faster and longer-lasting than massage alone.
One thing to know: cupping can leave circular marks on the skin that look like bruises. They are not painful and typically fade within a few days to a week. I will always let you know where I plan to place cups and you can tell me if you would rather skip a certain area. Book a cupping session.
